What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 14 days of receiving the ite, and we'll replace it or refund the cost of the item (excluding shipping fees). After 14 days the product falls under the manufacturer warranty and therefore product replacements must be resolved through the manufacturer. When will I receive credit for my return?
Any outstanding credit for a return will be processed within 5 days of receipt at our warehouse. You will receive an email through our RMA system once the item(s) have been received. Credit card refunds can take up to two (2) credit card billing cycles to appear on your statement.
